Can I listen to the programme on-line?
You can listen on-line. Our website also c
ontains back issues so you can catch up with any issues you may have missed. Update’s website is new and we are still developing it further so we can bring more news and information and set up some on-line interest groups.

What if I haven’t got internet access at home?
Update is available on a memory stick and we can arrange for it to be delivered by post to your home every fortnight in a special pouch.

If you have your own pc or laptop with a USB slot, you can listen on your own pc/laptop.
If you don’t have access to a computer, we will provide you with a simple to use play-back machine. We are happy to come and show new listeners how to use the machine.

When do I need to send the USB sticks back to Update?
